TRANSITION HOUSE IS A HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY DEDICATED TO PREVENTING AND ENDING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THE AGENCY PROVIDES A CONTINUUM OF HOUSING RESOURCES AND HOLISTIC SUPPORT FOR SURVIVORS OF VIOLENCE AND THEIR CHILDREN; PREVENTION EDUCATION AND BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS TO EXPAND THE AWARENESS AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO CREATE A SAFER, HEALTHIER COMMUNITY.
