Mission Statement

TRANSITIONS IS A CRISIS CENTER THAT PROVIDES ADVOCACY, EMPOWERMENT, AND EDUCATION TO VICTIMS, SURVIVORS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITIES TO END PATTERNS OF VIOLENCE AND ABUSE IN UNION, SYNDER AND NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTIES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE AN EMERGENCY SHELTER, EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, ETC.
