TRAUMA RESEARCH FOUNDATION, INC. (THE "ORGANIZATION"), IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION AND IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE CLINICAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS BY SUPPORTING NON-PARTISAN RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND INFORMATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO HELP CHILDREN AND ADULTS HEAL FROM TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES.
