Mission Statement

TRE FOR ALL, INC, also referred to as TFA, serves as the certifying body and professional membership organization that works to increase public awareness of, and increase access to, Dr. David Berceli's TRE Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises method. TRE is a series of gentle exercises and stretches that allows anyone to connect to their innate capacity to relieve tension through spontaneous neurogenic tremor movement. The mission of TRE is to connect people with their innate capacity to heal and grow through spontaneous neurogenic movement. We are dedicated to spreading awareness and support to the global community through our programs. Please see additional details on Schedule O for further details.
