TO FOSTER ATHLETICS, EDUCATIONAL, AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES IN THE GENERAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA OF THE TRI-VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT, INCLUDING SPONSORSHIP OF PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES NECESSARY OR CONVENIENT TO SUCH PURPOSE.
