PROVIDE SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA TO STIMULATE TRADE FOR DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS. PROMOTE TRUCKEE DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS THROUGH ADVERTISING AND COMMUNITY EVENTS.
