ANY OTHER ACTIVITY WHICH MAY BE LAWFULLY DONE BY A NONPROFIT CORPORATION UNDER THE LAWS GOVERNING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION OPERATING IN THE UNITED STATES, PENNSYLVANIA AND CALIFORNIA.
