Mission Statement

Tu Casa Latina (TCL) provides critical assistance to survivors and their families, ensuring they receive essential benefits that might otherwise be inaccessible. TCL has supported hundreds of immigrant families in Washoe County, including women, men, and children, seeking help for domestic violence, sexual assault, violent crimes, or human trafficking. We are committed to serving everyone in need and never turn anyone away. TCL offers tailored, individualized support to each survivor and addresses service gaps through three key programs: Outreach and Education: Raise awareness to ensure survivors know about available resources. Additionally, we collaborate with law enforcement, schools, churches, and direct aid organizations to encourage referrals and connect individuals with the appropriate support services.
