To provide a forum for the shell and tube heat exchangers manufacturing industry to share information on issues that impact their products, establish standards for the design and manufacture of shell and tube heat exchangers, improve the safety and performance of shell and tube heat exchangers, and to promote and support the tubular exchanger industry.
