To provide financial and community support for the Tulare Police Department K-9 unit by enhancing the skills, image, and functions of working canine dogs and their handlers at the Tulare Police Department, lessening the burden of government and the taxpayers of the city of Tulare, and contributing to a safer community and reducing criminal activity.
