TURNING POINT BEGAN IN 1971, WITH AN ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET OF $50K AND TODAY, IT IS AT JUST OVER $20M ANNUALLY. WE HAVE OVER 30 LOCATIONS THAT SERVE OVER 150 INDIVIDUALS.
