TO PROVIDE A COMBINATION OF WORKSHOPS, ARTIST STUDIOS, CLASSROOMS, AND BUSINESS INCUBATORS FOCUSED ON THE ACT OF MAKING THINGS AND TO PROVIDE FOR COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION, JOB TRAINING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN LOW INCOME CENSUS TRACTS IN NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND.
