THE COOPERATIVE HAS BEEN FORMED FOR THE PURPOSES OF (1) OBTAINING AN ALLOCATION OF BS/AI POLLOCK PURSUANT TO SECTION 210(B) OF THE AMERICAN FISHERIES ACT (THE "ALLOCATION"); (2) SUB-ALLOCATING THAT AGGREGATE ALLOCATION AMONG COOP MEMBERS IN PROPORTION TO THEIR CATCH HISTORIES; AND (3) ENTERING INTO A HARVESTING ARRANAGEMENT UNDER WHICH EACH MEMBER RECEIVES THE RIGHT TO HARVEST A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF THE ALLOCATION FOR DELIVERY TO THE PLANT.
