Mission Statement

The purpose of the Union Sailing Club is to promote the sport of dinghy and multihull sailing, promote dinghy and multihull racing, and schedule and conduct activities for all aspects of dinghy and multihull sailing. Anyone who wishes to support the purpose or participate in the activities of the Club may become a member in good standing by: (a) Submitting a properly completed Membership Application approved by a member of the board of directors (b) Making timely payment of membership dues as established in accordance with the club's bylaws (c) Abiding by the bylaws of the Club and other rules and regulations as may be established by the Board of Directors. Members shall pay annual membership dues to help defray the expenses of the Club. Annual membership dues are payable in advance. The income of the Club shall be devoted to the expenses of the administration of the Club and, by resolution of the Board of Directors, to such purposes as conform to the purposes of the Club.
