THE ORGANIZATION IS GOING TO PROVIDE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED POPULATIONS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS, CONTINUINGEDUCATION, TRAINING AND NETWORKING FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAMS.
