TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS OR GRANTS TO SENIORS ATTENDING BOSTON CHARTER, PILOT OR PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS WHO ARE PURSUING AN UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE AT A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY BASED ON THEIR FINANCIAL NEED, ACADEMIC SUCCESS, CHARACTER AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.
