MEDICAL CARE IS PROVIDED TO ALL PATIENTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. THE MEMBER PHYSICIANS AND HOSPITALS IN WHICH THE PHYSICIANS PROVIDE SERVICES HAVE CHARITY CARE POLICIES FOR THOSE PATIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY.
