To address and respond to quality of life issues that have the potential to affect the neighborhood such as new State Liquor Authority licenses, operating hours and practices of bars and restaurants, noisy food trucks and food carts, noisy HVAC systems on commercial buildings and adherence of local businesses to City codes.
