Provide opportunities for youth to succeed, by offering leadership and providing mentoring to the youth, showing leadership in the community, providing access to today's leaders, showing that we care about tomorrow's leaders, gathering wisdom from those leaders of yesterday who are willing to share the knowledge and wisdom learned from their journey through life.
