THOSE HELPED INCLUDED FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING CASE MANAGEMENT, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE, RENT AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE, EMERGENCY TRAVEL ASSISTANCE DUE TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING, AND REPLACEMENT/RETRIEVAL OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS LIKE BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND DRIVER LICENSES NEEDED FOR EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING, AND PUBLIC ASSISTANCE. THESE FORMS OF HELP MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR REFERRED CLIENTS WHO ARE HOMELESS OR ON THE VERGE OF BECOMING SO TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMS OF REFERRAL AGENCIES AND OBTAIN AND/OR PRESERVE THEIR PLACE CALLED HOME. OUR GOAL IS TO NOT ONLY PLACE THEM ON A PATH TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY BUT TO PLACE THEM ON A PATH TO SUSTAINABLE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
