Mission Statement

To encourage and promote development of social-economic programs for low-income residents in the downtown area of the City of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Specifically aimed at improving the quality of the residents' economic and social participation in community life in such a way as to increase income levels, improve physical and social environments, combat community deterioration, and increase job opportunities for the residents.
