Since 2009, UrbanArias has told modern American stories through the powerful medium of opera; has produced and commissioned diverse, engaging and entertaining new operas as a way of bringing new audiences to the art form and diversifying the operatic canon. During the past fiscal year, UrbanArias wound down its operations and thus presented no programming.
