Mission Statement

Promote the education of the US and Chinese language & culture---Facilitate educational exchanges between the US and China in language, culture and other areas; Publish and disseminate educational materials to the public, including but not limited to textbooks and learning materials relating to Chinese language and culture to K-12 schools and colleges; Explore programs on students exchanges with schools in China and supply students opportunities to actively use their languages; Sponsor community libraries to set up Chinese-books section; supply professional development support to Chinese teachers through workshops, seminars and intensive training programs; Provide instruction and standard tests in Chinese language, culture and others on China and offer multimedia Chinese by correspondence.
