Mission Statement

Promote tort reform by working exclusively in the legislature and the courts to introduce fairness and predictability to the civil justice system. Works as an advocate to reduce excessive and abusive litigation that increases business and government expenses, discourages innovation, and drives up the cost of goods and services for all Utahns.
