PROGRAMS INCLUDING MEALS ON WHEELS, PERSONAL CARE, TRANSPORTATION, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, SENIOR CENTERS, RECREATION, EDUCATION, AND CAREGIVER SUPPORT HELP INDIVIDUALS REMAIN LIVING INDEPENDENTLY, WITH SAFETY, DIGNITY, AND CHOICE, AS CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES.
