THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE OFFICERS OF THE LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT - VALLEY TRAFFIC DIVISION. WE PROVIDE TRAINING AND SAFETY PROGRAMS THAT THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES DOES NOT PROVIDE.
