THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT ATHLETIC PROGRAMS AT VANGUARD HIGH SCHOOL THAT TEACH SPORTSMANSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY, TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL SKILLS TO STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE SCHOOL.
