TO PROMOTE AND TO PROVIDE TO THE PUBLIC CLASSICAL MUSIC, PARTICULARLY OF AMERICAN COMPOSERS, AND TO PRESENT MUSICAL SEMINARS, INSTRUMENTAL TEACHING AND CONCERTS FOR THE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EDIFICATION OF THE PUBLIC.
