Mission Statement

Vershire Fire and Rescue responds to local fire and medical emergencies 24 hours a day year-round. The department. is organized as a non-stock non-profit corporation and no part of its earnings or assets inures to any member. All its members are full-time volunteers not compensated for their time either in training or response. Our mission is to safeguard life and property in Vershire and surrounding towns through quick professional emergency response and fire- prevention programs.
