Mission Statement

As part of its broad continuum of services, Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. operates a 24-hour residential treatment facility for severely emotionally disturbed and mentally ill minors also providing special education and mental health services. VTC also provides special education which provides a positive experience and a comprehensive educational curriculum.
