PROMOTE FELLOWSHIP AMONG VIETNAM NAVAL VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND PROVIDE A FORUM FOR COMMUNICATION AMONG THE VETERANS, THEIR FAMILIES, GOVENMENT ENTITIES, BUSINESSES AND THE COMMUNITY.
