IT IS OUR VISION TO BE RECOGNIZED LEADERS IN TRAUMA CARE, PRODUCING POSITIVE OUTCOMES FOR OUR YOUTH AND FAMILIES. VOH IS LICENSED BY THE NYS OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH, NYS OFFICE OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES, NYS OFFICE OF ALCOHOLISM AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES, AND NYS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT. VOH IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND FUNDED THROUGH COUNTY AND STATE REIMBURSEMENTS, AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS.
