TO CONSERVE RURAL LANDS THROUGH VOLUNTARY CONSERVATION EASEMENTS. TO EDUCATE AND INFORM LANDOWNERS ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF GRANTING EASEMENTS AND TO DOCUMENT AND MONITOR EVERY ACCEPTED CONSERVATION EASEMENT.
