TO SUPPORT THE LOCAL YMCA, RED CROSS, RAPPAHANNOCK HOSPITAL AND THE FREE HEALTH CLINIC, BY FUNDING THE BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE FOR THESE ORGANIZATIONS.
