SKILLED HOME CARE CLINICIANS, IN COLLABORATION WITH PHYSICIANS, OFFER SERVICES SUCH AS PROFESSIONAL NURSING, INFUSION THERAPY, INTERMITTENT CARE, MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES, HOME HEALTH AIDES, AND SPEECH THERAPIES. THROUGH VNH&HC, SERVICES PROVIDED ARE GUIDED BY THE HOSPICE PHILOSOPHY IN WHICH THE FOCUS OF CARE IS ON THE QUALITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL'S LIFE.
