The purposeof Voices of the Valley VoV is to inspire young singers to become lifelong learners of music through choral experience VoV in residence at Columbus State Universitys Schwob School of Music is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides the children of the Chattahoochee Valley with excellent choral training and performance opportunities Not only do the children in Voices of the Valley develop a lifelong love of music but Columbus GA and surrounding communities experience the wonder and joy of music as shared by children Voices of the Valley currently serves about 85 children from multiple cities counties and schools VoV hosts a special partnership with One MCSD school each semester offering college-level clinics to the school free of charge and including performances in each concert By partnering school singers with VOV singers and instrumentalists VoV provides an artistic creative collaborative outlet building key components to a well-rounded education
