Mission Statement

To establish organized amateur rugby competitions with the ultimate objectives of social, physical, mental, and moral development of children aged 14 to 18 years. A program of friendly competition with the goal of educating players about sportsmanship, teamwork, fellowship, courtesy, discipline and integrity will be established.
