THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AS AN INDUSTRY-WIDE COOPERATION COMMITTEE FOR ANY AND ALL PURPOSES SET FORTH IN 06(B) OF THE LABOR-MANAGEMENT COOPERATION ACT OF 1978 INCLUDING TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT IMPROVEMENTS IN LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIPS, JOB SECURITY, COMPETITIVENESS, PRODUCTIVITY, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
