THIS ORGANIZATION WILL ENSURE THAT CLIENTS RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF DRUG/ALCOHOL TREATMENT, WHILE EFFICIENTLY UTILIZING VARIOUS FUNDING SOURCES TO HELP ELIMINATE FINANCIAL IMPEDIMENTS FOR THE CLIENT WHO IS SEEKING DRUG/ALCOHOL TREATMENT. THE CASE MANAGEMENT UNIT WILL LINK CLIENTS TO APPROPRIATE TREATMENT AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS TO BE CULTURALLY COMPETENT IN ASSISTING CLIENTS TO ASSUME A LIFE LONG PLAN OF RECOVERY THAT IS SUITABLE TO HIS/HER INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, AND TO HELP MAINTAIN A NETWORK OF TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL PROVIDE A SEAMLESS SYSTEM OF SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY.
