SINCE ITS INCEPTION OVER 40 YEARS AGO, THE WSAJ FOUNDATION AMICUS PROGRAM HAS FILED HUNDREDS OF BRIEFS. THIS PROGRAM HAS HELPED ACHIEVE JUSTICE FOR OUR CLIENTS BY SHAPING TORT LAW IN WASHINGTON STATE. WE ARE PROUD THAT THE AMICUS PROGRAM HAS BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN POSITIVELY IMPACTING WSAJ'S MEMBERS IN THEIR EVERYDAY PRACTICES IN PROFOUND WAYS, NO MATTER WHAT THEIR AREA OF PRACTICE.
