WASHINGTON STATE RECYCLING ASSOCIATION (WSRA) IS A MEMBER SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATION THAT FOSTERS THE EXPANSION, DIVERSITY AND ECONOMIC VITALITY OF RECYCLING IN SUPPORT OF SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
