WATER FOR EASTERN OREGON RECOGNIZE THAT ALL PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO CLEAN WATER AND HAVE COME TOGETHER AS H2OEO (WATER FOR EASTERN OREGON) TO ENSURE THAT ALL RESIDENTS OF UMATILLA AND MORROW COUNTIES HAVE ACCESS TO SAFE DRINKING WATER. WE DO THIS BY EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY, ADVOCATING FOR RESPONSIBLE SOLUTIONS, AND PROVIDING RESOURCES TO MEET IMMEDIATE COMMUNITY NEEDS.
