TO ASSIST COMMUNITY CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ENDOWMENTS. 3. TO PROVIDE OVERSIGHT OF INVESTMENT AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS DEVOTED TO CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
