SIBOC, THROUGH OUR SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, EMPOWERS UNDERSERVED AND LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME (LMI) ENTREPRENEURS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, THROUGH A COMBINATION OF BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
