THE CENTER DISTRIBUTES FOOD, FOOD STAMPS, AND CLOTHES. GIVES ASSISTANCE IN HELPING PAY UTILITY BILLS, FUNERAL BILLS, RENT, AND OTHER EMERGENCY BILLS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE WEST END OF CINCINNATI.
