OUR EXEMPT PURPOSE IS GUN SAFETY, EDUCATION AND THE PROMOTION OF THE SHOOTING SPORTS. THIS IS DONE BY PROVIDING A FACILITY TO SAFELY HOLD COMPETITIONS (MATCHES) AND PRACTICE FOR A VARIETY OF ORGANIZATIONS. THESE ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDE THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION, THE UNITED STATES PRACTICAL SHOOTING ASSOCIATION, AMERICAN TRAP ASSOCIATION, CIVILIAN MARKMANSHIP PROGRAM, USA SHOOTING AND THE 4-H. FACILITY IS ALSO USED FOR PRACTICE BY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR HUNTER SAFETY COURSES.
