Mission Statement

TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF MUSIC IN SCHOOLS AND TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE THE ACTIVITIES OF WEST VIGO HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL BANDS, MARCHING BAND, JAZZ BAND AND WEST VIGO HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL ORCHESTRA AND COLOR GUARD.
