WE FOCUS ON THREE PRINCIPLES THAT ARE CRITICAL TO A PLAYER'S LONG-TERM SUCCESS IN SOCCER: 1) LOVE OF THE GAME; 2) DYNAMIC, ENGAGING TRAINING; AND 3) EFFORT OVER OUTCOME.
