Mission Statement

THE INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING OF THE YOUTH OF WESTMORELAND COUNTY, PA FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPABILITIES BY SPONSORING AND CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL AND INSTRUCTIONAL ATHLETIC PROGRAMS, CLINICS, TOURNAMENTS AND EVENTS. GENERALLY PROMOTING PHYSICAL EDUCATION THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN AMATEUR AND SCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS.
