To support, promote, and contribute to the improvement of health care in accordance with the interests and purposes of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, a religious organization and hierarchial church, and Wheeling Hosptial, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, both of which are organizations are public charities.
